- “Beauty Academy” (hereinafter referred to as “Our company”) provide worldwide online order and delivery service.
- Order cannot be cancelled or amended after submission. Even there is an additional order of same product(s) or other product(s) which are purchased on the same day after an order has already been submitted, that purchase will still be counted as a separate order and need to pay extra shipping cost.
- An order confirmation email will be automatically sent within 3 working days after order placed.
- All product shots are taken with the real object. Due to environment, light, and printing, the appearance of the products on photos may slightly be different from real object. Our company do not accept return request due to this reason.
- Your order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice if bank transfer payment has not been completed within 7 days after placing order. Please place your order again if needed.
- Our company will not reserve product for unpaid orders, you are advised to complete payment as soon as possible after purchased.
- Products shown here on the website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice.
- Our company shall reserve the right of final decision of ordering.
Return and exchange information
- Customers may exchange or return purchased order within 7 days after receipt by contacting us via email (info@beautyacademy.com.hk), with clear indication of order number, product code and quantity. Our company only accepts exchanged or returned items in brand-new condition and with original packing as sent. Local purchase must be returned within 7 days (as calculated based on the postmark date) upon acceptance of your return request from us. Overseas purchase must be returned within 14 days (as calculated based on the postmark date) upon acceptance of your return request from us. If the purchased items are not returned within this period, the delivery shall be deemed as accepted and completed. Our company will not bear any legal liabilities.
- No exchanges are allowed with different product. For exchanges with different product, please complete return procedure of purchased item first, then make a new order as usual.
- All online order can be returned by post or in person. Except product quality or delivery mistake, customer shall bear all delivery cost due to return, and will be deducted from refund amount (if applicable).
- Customer shall bear all delivery charges occurred for free-shipping order's refund and exchange.
- If purchased items are not correctly delivered or being found not in good quality, customer has a right to apply exchange or return within 7 days upon receipt. Once our company confirmed the case, full refund / exchange will be made to the customer. We may request customer to show photographic proof for investigation.
- Our company shall reserve the right of final decision of return and exchange.
Refund information
- Our company will arrange refund (shipping fee is non-refundable) to customer once return procedure is completed. The final refund amount will be the balance after delivery cost is deducted.
